95% of the time the food is great. Had one time where it wasn't so great. Manager made it up though. I'll eat there again...

This has been a favorite location of mine personally, in the El Mirage area. Located next to Goodwill and Near a Walmart too. This location has always done a pretty good job at supplying fresh, hot and good food, each time I have returned. The lobby has always been pretty clean and up kept. On occasion you will find there to be some trash around, and the soda bar to be lacking of napkins, lids or straws, and a bit dirty. Aside from this the staff her is great, they generally all display good customer service and attend to any that is brought to their attention immediately. So with this being said, I give them a 4 star rating honestly due to the lacking of: overall cleanliness at times and their need to vamp up the soda bar upkeep. Other than these minor concerns, their outstanding customer services and quality foods continue to bring me back and should you too. Thank you for the time you took to read over my review, much appreciated.

Brand new location. Staff is friendly, however, there still is a learning curve. Not the fastest of people. Pricing is pretty much on par with other fast food places.

By far the best Burger King in that neighborhood. But went there last night and tonight for the usual and is very disappointed about both meals from both transactions. Tried to call the 1st time and they didn't answer the phone and the next night we went up there and they would only replace the onion rings and fries. Keep in mind both nights our meals cost $15 each. The fries were cold. The bread was hard and the bacon was burnt. Cold fast food is a no no!!! Very disappointed.

I think that this is one of the best burger king's restaurants I went to in a while... I say this because my food was freshly made... I never had to blow on fries to cool them down, until I came to this burger king... keep it up bk

This Burger King is fairly new... Always give new restaurants a good rating because everybody tries hard. Not a huge fan of Burger King's food, but this one has great service.

Was there on a Friday dinner rush, the place was very busy. Polite employees, great service. Given how busy it was, the wait time for my fairly large order was about average. The order was correct!!! I believe it had something to do with crew lead Samantha or whatever her title is. Communicated with the entire staff very well.

The gentleman working the drive through tonight (3/18) deserves recognition. He had a positive happy attitude even though i was his last customer of the night. I didnt get his name but every business needs more employees like him.

Messed up my order 3 times and 2 out of the 3 they put onions and I'm allergic to onions. I ask no onions extra pickles and extra mustard. Each one of them no pickles no mustard and 2 of the times had onions. One way or another they seem to mess up. But they are polite have good deal and fast serving. Just mess up the food.

Like all other fast food places I will call some things out. Burger King does in fact microwave burgers that we're already done up. This is bad considering the amount of toxic substances that could involuntarily be ingested. But let's not look at this. Let's talk about the cardiac stopping power of the king. Imagine the pumps and valves in your cars motor after dumping in some 80 weight motor oil. See where this is going?

I ordered a breakfast off of the standard menu. But I was told that breakfast is only served until 10:30am. I could not find any where on the menu or website that BF has a shut off time. This should be in plan site.

The young man at the drive thru on Tuesday, January 8 had such wonderful customer service! Wish I would’ve got his name. It was near closing time, but he treated us so well!
